I settle all types of cases favorably for my clients.
Cases that are simple or hard, straightforward or complex. Difficult custodial and financial issues. Where there is distrust, emotions that get in the way, and seemingly unsolvable disagreement as well as those where the parties are amicable. Cases with substantial assets and high income earners and those with more modest finances.
I know the law. I have the experience. I have the know-how and skill to settle cases favorably.
Some cases are not suited for settlement – such as where one or both spouses will not be honest or where needed support is not being paid. Those cases should be brought into Court immediately and it can be detrimental, as well as a waste of time and money, to try to settle those cases. I have the experience to know when a case should be settled and when it should be litigated.
I am a seasoned matrimonial attorney with 38 years of experience in all aspects of divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, custody, parental rights, child support, maintenance (also known as alimony), and equitable distribution which is the division of assets and the allocation of obligations.
